The new FAST LANE service only provide calibration of the ADTS, without any inspection (the devices will not be disassembled), battery or salt replacement or general functional tests. Therefore the units must be perfectly efficient and ready for adjustment and calibration tests.
Compared to other laboratories, we also offer valve settings, leak and stability tests and as found readings.
Below are the characteristics and instructions for requesting FAST LANE calibrations:
Features:
- TAT: within 1 week (5 working days)
- Tasks: Leak and stability test, fine tuning, as found readings, adjustment, calibration and DMA (OEM) certification.
Requirements:
- Unit in perfect working order, without leaks such as to prevent calibration. Any malfunctions that do not affect the calibration will be left as is;
- Correct request in the RMA form. You must immediately enter all the required fields, especially the shipping and billing fields and ticking the Fast Lane option;
- Timely approval of the offer, which will be sent before receiving the unit;
Exclusions:
- Devices other than ADTS (Adapter kits, vacuum/pressure units, tachometers, remote controls, etc.);
- Old units and special units even if ADTS (e.g. MPS38, MPS24, MPS30, etc.)
- ISO17025 accredited calibrations not possible;
- Units that are not perfectly functional cannot access the FAST LANE.
- If a device in FL is not working, the procedure is interrupted, you will be promptly informed and you will be able to choose between the Return (with fixed management costs) or the Repair according to the usual procedure (even the usual times). In case of repair, new cost and new times will be communicated.
- Remote controls are not involved in calibration. We’ll apply the usual price for testing and they will be completed together with the ADTS we received it with.
