The new FAST LANE service provides a prompt ADTS calibration without any inspections, disassembly, battery/salt replacements and general functional tests performed. Units need to be efficient ready for adjustment and calibration tests. 

Additional features such as valve setting, leak/stability tests and as found readings are also available compared to other laboratories.

FAST LANE calibration characteristics and instructions:

Features:

• TAT: within 1 week (5 working days)
• Tasks: leak and stability test, fine tuning, as found readings, adjustment, calibration and DMA (OEM) certification

Requirements:

• Unit in efficient working conditions without leaks preventing calibration. Any malfunctions not affecting calibration shall be left as is
• The RMA form must be correctly completed entering all required fields including shipping/billing details selecting the FAST LANE option
• Timely offer approval sent before unit reception

Exclusions:

• Non-ADTS devices (Adapter kits, vacuum/pressure units, tachometers, remote controls, etc.)
• Heritage products/special units even if ADTS (e.g. MPS38, MPS24, MPS30, etc.)
• ISO17025 accredited calibrations not possible
• Degraded units cannot access the FAST LANE procedure  
• Shoud a device stop working the FAST LANE procedure would be interrupted. Customer shall be informed promptly being able to decide between a return (having management costs) or the repair according to standard procedures. In case of a repair new costs and timing shall be communicated.
• Remote control units are not involved in such calibrations
